All new flooring with hardwoods on the top level, new carpeting on the mid level and stairways, as well as new sisal/sea grass rugs throughout. All new furnishings in the living area and in several bedrooms. New decor, accessories art work and lamps throughout entire home. The kitchen has a new stainless dishwasher, 4 new cushioned bar stools, and all new supplies from silver ware and pots/pans to the toaster and bake ware. The Ships Watch now has an office area with new secretary desk and WiFi access. The home has been freshly painted inside and outside, including all railings, stairways and the fencing surrounding the pool. For even better views, substantial tree trimming has been done and several trees have been cleared.
